Executive summary

Selective Dating App (DualMatch)

What Mathias Riggio set out to build, how the engagement was scoped, and the shape of the product that came out of it.

Mathias Riggio partnered with Deployed to deliver Selective Dating App (DualMatch) as one consolidated product engagement.

DualMatch is a selective matching product centered on deliberate participation, verified profiles, and controlled connection logic. The engagement translated the concept into an agreed experience design and established the backend and verification infrastructure required to support trusted interactions.

How we approached it

Challenge & approach

Every engagement starts from a constraint. This is the problem Mathias Riggio brought to us, and the route the team took through it.

The challenge

A selective dating experience needs stronger rules than a conventional open-discovery application. The product required clear eligibility and matching flows, careful treatment of personal profiles, and verification infrastructure that could reinforce trust without making registration and participation unnecessarily difficult.

Our approach

Deployed mapped the system architecture, user logic, and key decision flows before locking the user-interface design in Figma. With the experience agreed, the team established the backend foundation and verification infrastructure so future matching features can operate against consistent identities and product rules.

Delivery scope

The engagement, stage by stage

All 3 stages below belong to the same consolidated customer project. Each one builds on the stage before it rather than running as a separate piece of work.

  1. Discovery, System Architecture & Logic FlowOpens the engagement and leads into UI/UX Design Completion (Figma Lock).
  2. UI/UX Design Completion (Figma Lock)Builds on Discovery, System Architecture & Logic Flow and leads into Backend Foundation & Verification Infrastructure.
  3. Backend Foundation & Verification InfrastructureBuilds on UI/UX Design Completion (Figma Lock) to complete the engagement.

Working model

How the engagement was run

The same delivery model sits behind every customer story on this site.

  • One consolidated project Every stage stayed inside a single engagement instead of being split into separate workstreams, so scope, identities, and product rules were decided once.
  • Sequenced, not parallel Each of the 3 stages built on the output of the one before it, which kept later decisions anchored to work that was already proven.
  • Shipped as one product Mathias Riggio received a release that resolves into a coherent selective matching platform rather than a set of disconnected features.

Outcome

What Mathias Riggio has now

A verification-first dating foundation designed for safer, more intentional connections.

Mathias Riggio now has a validated experience direction and secure technical base for a selective matching platform. The consolidated foundation supports the next stage of product development while preserving the intended balance between trusted participation, controlled discovery, and user experience.
