Executive summary

MEISTER Workforce Platform

What Eduard set out to build, how the engagement was scoped, and the shape of the product that came out of it.

Eduard partnered with Deployed to deliver MEISTER Workforce Platform as one consolidated product engagement.

The MEISTER workforce engagement established the product and technical foundation for a secure workforce operations platform. Planning, backend services, and authentication were treated as one connected workstream so future operational modules can build on consistent users, permissions, and platform rules.

How we approached it

Challenge & approach

Every engagement starts from a constraint. This is the problem Eduard brought to us, and the route the team took through it.

The challenge

Workforce platforms depend on reliable identity and data foundations before scheduling, assignments, communication, or reporting features can scale. The immediate challenge was to translate an early product direction into a clear specification while avoiding fragmented backend decisions that would make later workforce capabilities harder to introduce.

Our approach

Deployed structured the first phase around product planning and platform boundaries, documenting the core operational roles and the services they would require. The backend and authentication foundation was then implemented to provide secure access and a consistent base for subsequent workforce workflows and integrations.

Delivery scope

The engagement, stage by stage

All 2 stages below belong to the same consolidated customer project. Each one builds on the stage before it rather than running as a separate piece of work.

  1. Planning & SpecificationOpens the engagement and leads into Backend & Auth.
  2. Backend & AuthBuilds on Planning & Specification to complete the engagement.

Working model

How the engagement was run

The same delivery model sits behind every customer story on this site.

  • One consolidated project Every stage stayed inside a single engagement instead of being split into separate workstreams, so scope, identities, and product rules were decided once.
  • Sequenced, not parallel Each of the 2 stages built on the output of the one before it, which kept later decisions anchored to work that was already proven.
  • Shipped as one product Eduard received a release that resolves into a coherent workforce platform rather than a set of disconnected features.

Outcome

What Eduard has now

A secure workforce foundation that gives growing operations room to scale.

Eduard now has a defined workforce-platform architecture with secure authentication and backend services aligned to the intended product direction. This foundation reduces ambiguity for future development and allows new operational capabilities to be added without repeatedly redesigning the platform’s core access and data model.
