Challenge & approach

Every engagement starts from a constraint. This is the problem Harald Tröstl brought to us, and the route the team took through it.

The challenge

Generic wellness audio often struggles to remain relevant because every listener arrives with different goals, preferences, and reasons for returning. The product therefore needs to collect useful personal context without making onboarding intrusive, translate that context into responsible session content, produce comfortable voice output, and keep listening, saving, and revisiting sessions simple enough for everyday use.

Our approach

The planned delivery begins with the interface foundation and a testable application shell, followed by the personalization model and secure user-data backend. From there, the roadmap introduces AI-assisted hypnosis-script generation and voice synthesis before connecting the output to the session player, personal library, and subscription lifecycle. Treating these capabilities as one sequence keeps personalization, generation, playback, and access rules aligned.
